IFS Benelux wanted to hire ten IT specialists with a number of years of specific experience: a big challenge in an very competitive market. To inform, attract and persuade candidates we created the IFS Piramidespel (‘IFS pyramid game’): a campaign based on a parody on a pyramid scheme. A special website was launched and enforced by a DM campaign. Participants who submitted friends or acquaintances for a position at IFS could win prize money. Candidates for the positions at IFS could win a trip to Egypt for a business case recruitment session on location (and some cool excursions to see the real pyramids ofcourse). IFS presence at the National Career Fair was also part of the campaign: an Egyptian temple booth. IFS managed to fill all positions needed.
