Bosch wanted to recruit technical staff at the Nationale Carrièrebeurs (National Career Fair). As the target group was a minority in the overall audience of the fair, we created a special concept to reach and involve them: a quiz about Bosch. Contestants sat on a special motion chair, which moved like a rodeo horse with every wrong answer. Spectators saw all the right and wrong answers on a monitor which made it attractive to participate. The results of this recruitment session exceeded all expectations.
