Commissioned by ACA JES communications

Bosch asked us to help them recruit technical staff at the Nationale Carrièrebeurs (National Career Fair). As the target group was a minority in the overall audience of the fair, we created a special activation concept and design to reach and involve them: a quiz about Bosch. Contestants sat on a special motion chair, which moved like a rodeo horse with every wrong answer. Spectators saw all the right and wrong answers on a monitor which made it attractive to participate. The result: 6 times the amount of submitted resumes of the year before.
