Activation game to attract high school kids for a career in the Energy industry

O&O Fonds NWb initiates, guides and finances all kinds of activities in the field of training, development and inflow promotion for the energy sector. Nowsy created a campaign for them: Power Up The Planet! and asked me to develop an interactive game concept to attract, involve and connect high school kids at ‘open days’ for vocational education.
We created a portable game table with three game levels. Kids were challenged to team up and connect energy demand and supply as good and as fast as possible. Hi scores were rewarded and talents could be recognized easily for follow-up conversations. The games were received with great enthusiasm and led to inspirational competition and interest.
